Pack a backpack as part of our 2024 drive and help us prepare even more students for success this year! You can donate as an individual, or organize a collection in your church, neighborhood, or office.
gift card cOMMUNICATION NOTICE
At Building Families for Children, we conduct gift card drives throughout the year that directly benefit the families we serve.
Please be advised that any requests for gift cards will only come from our official communication channels. We will never ask you to email us redemption information or to mail or drop off gift cards anywhere other than our office located at 7142 Columbia Gateway Drive, Suite 170.
If you receive a request for gift cards from any other source, please exercise caution and verify its legitimacy. For any questions or concerns regarding our gift card drives, feel free to reach out to us directly through our official website.

SEND DONATIONS by JULY 12 2024
To make sure all backpacks can be distributed before the school year starts, we hope to receive all donations by July 12th. If you are delivering them to our office, Tara will be available to receive your donation on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am – 2 pm. You’re welcome to download and use these materials to advertise your collection. We are happy to customize them by adding the details of your collection! Group Collection materials are for anyone organizing a collection and sending one person to deliver donations to BFC after the collection has ended. These flyers list the deadline as Sunday, July 7th so organizers have a few days to drop items off before July 12th. The Individual Donation materials are great for posting in places like libraries, coffee shops, etc. where individuals who donate will deliver their gifts directly to BFC.
